Internal-use terms

Limited permission

IECRC authorizes its designated staff to use this integration solely for IECRC bookkeeping. This is an internal tool, not a public donation service or a service offered to other organizations.

Review and responsibility

AI categories are suggestions. Authorized staff must review source information and approve accounting changes before sending them to QuickBooks. Missing amounts and ambiguous matches require resolution. The integration is not a substitute for accounting judgment.

Account authorization

Only a person authorized to connect IECRC’s QuickBooks company may grant access. Credentials and access tokens must not be shared publicly. QuickBooks authorization and third-party service terms apply separately.

Service changes and disconnection

The integration may change or be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. An authorized administrator can revoke app access in QuickBooks. Revocation does not reverse accounting entries already recorded.
