Privacy notice

This notice describes the intended use of IECRC’s private accounting integration. QuickBooks connectivity is being configured.

Purpose and information

The integration helps authorized IECRC staff review Zelle donation records and synchronize approved accounting entries with IECRC’s QuickBooks Online company. Relevant information can include donor names, donation dates, amounts, payment memos, categories, classes and accounting record identifiers.

Public connection pages

These public pages do not display donor records, bank balances, spreadsheet contents or credentials. Cloudflare hosts these pages and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for service delivery and security.

Services used

The accounting workflow uses Google Workspace for email processing and spreadsheet review, and Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting. The existing importer uses Google Gemini to extract email details and propose categories. Access to these services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Authorized use

Accounting information is intended for authorized IECRC staff performing bookkeeping. It is not made available through this public site. Connecting QuickBooks requires a separate authorization by an authorized QuickBooks user.

Questions and corrections

Contact info@iecrcna.org about this integration or a correction to an accounting record. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete records already held in Google Workspace or QuickBooks.
